What we collect and why

• Trial request: first and last name, company, e-mail, phone, the address you want for your installation and — if you give them — VAT number, trade and message. This data is used to prepare your installation, at your own request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures).
• E-mail confirmation: a link is sent to you. Without that click the request is shown to nobody and deletes itself.
• The VAT number, if given, is used to check your company in VIES — the official registry of the European Commission — and to take over your address, so that you do not have to type it.
• A fingerprint of the IP address (not the address itself): only to limit the number of automated requests.
• Referral code, if you came through an ANTEO-S customer’s link: it tells us which customer recommended us (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). That customer only sees numbers, never your name.
• Origin of the request, if you came through a printed link — for example the QR code on our business card (“carte”): a single word, so we know which channels work (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest).
• Cookieless visit statistics: anonymous page views. No profiling, no advertising tracking.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why there is no consent banner.

If you arrive through an ANTEO-S customer’s link (address with “?ref=”), that referral code — five characters, nothing else — is kept for 60 days in your browser (local storage, not a cookie). It only leaves your device if you send a trial request, and you can remove it in the form.

If you arrive through a printed link (address with “?src=”, like the QR code on our business card), that word is kept in your browser for the visit only (session storage, not a cookie). It goes with your trial request if you send it during that visit. Nothing else.

Recipients

• Resend (e-mail delivery) — delivers the confirmation and our reply.
• Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database), inside the European Union — the request is stored there until the decision.
• VIES (European Commission) — only the VAT number you provide, for verification.
• No sharing for advertising, no sale of data.

Retention

• Unconfirmed request (link never opened): deleted after 7 days.
• Declined request: deleted after 90 days.
• Accepted request: kept for the duration of the business relationship, then according to the legal accounting retention periods.
• Immediate deletion on simple request to contact@anteo.lu.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, objection: an e-mail to contact@anteo.lu is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Luxembourg data protection authority).
