Terms and conditions
Draft — to be reviewed by the accountant before publication.
Purpose
ANTEO-S is software for quotes, invoices and VAT, with employee hours and scheduling, provided as a subscription, with one installation and one database per account. One account may run several companies, whose data stays separate.
Price and payment
- €29 excl. VAT per month, all features included, unlimited users and employees.
- Every additional company in the same account: €10 excl. VAT per month or €100 excl. VAT per year, up to 10 companies per account.
- The first 14 days from delivery of the installation are a free trial, no payment card required. If the client decides to continue, the subscription starts on day 15. Annual payment: €290 excl. VAT (two months free).
- Transmission of invoices over the Peppol network (electronic invoicing) is not included in the subscription; it is billed per use at the rate in force.
- Luxembourg VAT is added at the rate in force.
- These prices apply to requests received from 22 September 2026. The price agreed when an account is opened stays unchanged for as long as the client remains subscribed, even when the rate rises for new clients.
Term and cancellation
The subscription runs month to month and can be cancelled at any time with no notice period. After the end of the paid period, full access stays open for thirty days (viewing, PDFs, complete backup and accounting export). Only then is the installation removed — never without a fresh backup handed to the customer.
Setup and support
Setup and getting started are included in the price. Support by e-mail and phone in French, German and English, on working days.
Data from other software (clients, catalogue, quotes, invoices, payments) is taken over with the built-in import.
Data and backup
Each account has its own database on a server in France (Strasbourg), backed up every night, with an encrypted copy kept off the server inside the European Union. When an account runs several companies, their data stays separate. The data belongs to the customer.
Availability
The provider aims for continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance is announced in advance.
Law and jurisdiction
Luxembourg law applies. The courts of Luxembourg have jurisdiction.
