You decide. No card is stored: nothing can be charged without your knowledge. If you stay, the subscription starts on day 15; the invoice goes out by e-mail, monthly or yearly, paid by bank transfer. If you stop, you keep access for thirty days to consult and export, then the installation is closed. No notice period, no penalty.

Not for you. The price on the day you start stays yours for as long as you are a client — even if it rises for new ones.

One account is enough. One licence covers one company; you add more for €10 excl. VAT per month each, up to 10 companies per account. Three companies thus come to €49 per month instead of €87 for three separate subscriptions — and each company keeps its data separate: its clients, its numbering, its documents.

The price does not change. Office users are unlimited, each with their own profile — Office, Site manager, Viewer — and access only to the companies you choose. Your accountant gets their own access, and every employee gets access to hours and scheduling — no charge per person.

Yes. Every account has its own database on our server in France (Strasbourg). Nothing is mixed between customers — and if you run several companies, each stays separate inside your database. An encrypted copy leaves the server every night for storage inside the European Union.

No. One export from your previous software is enough: clients, catalogue, quotes, invoices with their original PDF, and payments come in in one pass, after a preview. Without an export, you add a client when you write their first quote, and the catalogue fills itself with every invoice you issue.
